A physician named Dr. Sanai Prue Tripura(48) alleged that he was beaten by a policeman at GEC square in city on Saturday during the passing of motorcade convoy of Prime Minister .
Dr. Sanai Tripura is the project Manager of The Leprosy Mission International, Bangladesh and Skin specialist of Chittagong. Chowkbaazar thana officer incharge Aziz ahmed told that he was uncared beaten among the other pedestrians by the law enforcers while adopting security measures to the Prime Minister’s entourage towards Oxygen .
Police sources said dr Sanai is now well after first aid treatment in hospital as the Chowkbazar police official went to hospital to know his health conditions. Police sources said the actual offenders will be dealt with seriously after scrutiny of the real culprits, sources said.
