Police recovered the throat-silt body of a ‘top terror’ from a paddy field at Teghorbisha village in Sadar upazila on Saturday morning. The deceased was identified as Masum Hossain, 26, son of late Jalal Hossain and an accused in six cases including of murder, abduction and drug cases.
Md Selim Hossain, officer-in-charge of Sadar Police Station, said that locals spotted the body in the morning and informed police.
Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Joypurhat Modern District Hospital.
