Three people were killed and three others injured as a truck collided with a CNG-run auto-rickshaw on Brahmanbaria-Comilla road in Sadar upazila Saturday afternoon.
One of the deceased was identified as Ripon, 18, driver of the auto-rickshaw. Officer-in-Charge of Sadar Police Station Nukul Kumar Biswas said the truck collided with the auto-rickshaw coming from the opposite direction at Bhadughar on the road around 5pm, leaving its
(auto-rickshaw) two passengers and the driver dead on the spot and three other passengers injured.
The injured people were taken to sadar hospital.
