One Md Kala Miah on Tuesday threatened to blow up the Kishoregan Judge Court Building. In a letter to District & Session Judge Mohammad Mahbub-ul Islam, he issued the ultimaturm. The letter had been written from Monipur Ghat under Kishoreganj Sadar.
He said, ‘If Sholakia attacker Md. Anowar Hossain’s remand is not canceled and if he is not
released within seven days, then the Session Sourt will be blown up’.
On receipt of information, Deputy Commissioner Md. Azimuddin Biswas, Police Super Md. Anwar Hossain Khan, ADM Md. Abdul Awal, ADC (General) Tarafder Md. Akther Jamil and RAB-14 Kishoreganj Camp Commendar visited the Judge Court premises.
Special security around the Judge Court premises, Collectorate Building and the Judge’s Quarter has been taken.
