Two arrested for assaulting varsity girl

Staff Reporter :Police on Sunday arrested two youths on charge of beating a female student of a private university.The arrested persons were identified as Rakib and Imran.The victim girl was admitted to the Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), police said.Demra Police Station Inspector (Investigation) Sirajul Islam said that police conducted separate drives in the area and picked up Rakib and Imran.A general diary had been filed in this connection, the police official said.Police are trying to arrest the miscreants...
