Rumours were rife that The Kapil Sharma Show could go off air owing to poor TRPs. But that isn’t apparently the truth. The show has got an extension and will be repackaged with a lot of changes. According to a report in DNA, The Kapil Sharma Show will return to the small screen in a new
format after a small break. “The current format has run its course. Sunil Grover and Ali Asgar’s departure and Bharati Singh and Chandan Prabhakar’s re-entry are not the issue. We’ve realised that the entire show needs a revamp,” DNA quoted a source as saying.
