The farewell programme of former DC of Hilly Upazila Mir Khairul Alam was held at Upazila Auditorium yesterday. Among others, Akram Hossain Mandol, Chairman and Jamil Hossain Chlonto, Poura Mayor, Hilly Upazila were present in the programme.
