The 7th EGM and 17th AGM of ADN Telecom Limited held on digital platform recently. The AGM approved 15 per cent cash dividend for the shareholders. Asif Mahmud, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting while Managing Director Henry Hilton, directors Moinul ISlam, Md. Mahfuz Ali, Niaz Ahmed, Wakar Ahmed, Independent Directors Golam Rosul and Khondhokar Atique-E Rabbani, were also present.
