The 45th AGM of Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) held on Tuesday through virtually. The AGM approved 11 percent cash dividend. The meeting was Presided by Prof. Dr. Md. Kismatul Ahsan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ICB while Managing Director of the company Md. Abul Hossain and other directors were also present.
