Police arrested an alleged terrorist along with one pipe gun and one round of bullet from Fultala Bazar area in Fultala upazila of Khulna district early yesterday.
The arrestee was identified as Ramjan Ali, 45, son of late Jamal Gazi
of Konakhola village in Manirampur upazila of Jessore.
Officer-in-charge of Manirampur Police Station Biplob Kumar Nath said
tipped off, a team of Manirampur Police Station conducted a drive in
Fultala Bazar area and arrested Ramjan around 2.00am.
The law enforcers also recovered one pipe gun and one round of bullet
from his possession.
The arrestee was wanted in several cases including for two murders,
the OC added.
