Among the new generation singers, Tasnim Anika has already established her position from others by virtue of her melodious voice. After improving the corona situation, she has returned to stage show. Now she wants to be regular in television and stage shows. Last week she performed in a stage show in Narsingdi. Today she will perform in another stage show at Pink City in the capital. Therefore, she is talking with several numbers of stage shows now.
In fact, Anika is very much excited to be regular in stage show now. Meanwhile, she is coming with two new original songs. Titles of these songs are – Misti Ekta Gondho and Andh Fota Phul. Ali Zulfikar Zahidi wrote lyrics of the first song while Kolkata’s a music composer composed its music. Nil Mahmud wrote lyrics of the song Andh Fota Phul while Sharif and Adit of Soundhacker composed its tune and music. While talking about her two new songs and to be regular in stage show again Tasnim Anika said, “After long time’s lockdown, I am feeling really well. I found myself in new way. Basically to perform in the stage show is really a delightful matter. While performing on the stage I can get live response from the audience. Lyrics of my upcoming two songs are really nice. I have liked tunes and music of these songs. After making music videos, these two songs will be released on my YouTube channel.” Tasnim Anika also said that under the musical arrangement by DJ Rahat, she will render six cover songs. She will start this work within coming two days. Few days ago, Anika rendered Runa Laila’s popular song Ekhonto Somoy Bhalobasar and got appreciation from the music-lovers. Runa Laila and Sabina Yasmin are her favourite singers. Tasnim Anika first lent her voice for play-back song in Shakib Khan-starred movie Nolok. Kabir Bokul wrote lyrics of the song under Hridoy Khan’s composition. Therefore, she also lent her voice for play-back songs in several numbers of movies including Iftekhar Chowdhury’s London Love. She was the top 10 contestants in music related reality show, Power Voice in 2012.
