Symphony, a mobile brand, has opened its 45th customer care center “Symphony Smile” in Narayanganj, Kanchpur recently, says a press release.
SM Morshed-Uz-Zaman, Head of Service, Edison Group and Rajibul Huq, Head of CS Support, Edison Group inaugurated this customer care center.
The newly opened Symphony Smile is located at Sen Para Jame Masjid Shopping Complex (2nd floor), Kanchpur, Sonargaon, Narayanganj.
Customers will get after sales services of their handsets from this customer care center. Symphony has already opened 44 more customer care centers in other important regions of the country to best serve its large customer base. Currently Symphony has the largest customer service networks of the Country.
