The election of Sylhet Press Club Executive Committee was held at the club building located at Subidbazar in Sylhet city.
Ikramul Kabir, Sylhet Bureau Chief of Somoy TV has been re-elected as President for 2018-19 sessions.
Iqbal Mahmud, Sylhet Divisional Chief of Ekattor TV has been elected Secretary of Sylhet Press Club, . Enamul Haque Juber has been elected Senior Vice President while M.A Hannan has been elected Vice President of Sylhet Press Club. Other office bearers elected on to the committee are Assistant Secretary Yeahia Fazal, Treasurer Shahab Uddin Shihab, Sports and Cultural Secretary Noor Ahmed, Library and Publication Secratery Khaled Ahmed, Members Foysal Alam, Shuaibul Islam and Digen Singh.
Former Sylhet District Bar Association President Advocate Emad Ullah Shahidul Islam conducted the polling which was assisted by Advocate Irfanuzzaman Chowdhury and Advocate Mohammed Monir Uddin.
