The Annual General meeting and election of Swadhinata Deshoj Chikitshok Parishod (Swadecip) was held in Govt. Unani and Ayurvedic Medical College, Mirpur in the city recently.
Dr. A Z M Daulat Al Mamun has been elected President and Dr. AKM Mamunur Rashid Chowdhury General Secretary for 3 years term .
It is the only national organisation of Unani & Ayurvedic graduate doctors .
Chief Election Commissioner Md Ishaq Miah, former President of Bangladesh Chhatra League, (Dhaka City North) conducted the election. SWACHIP Executive Committee member Dr. Asaduzzaman Khan Rintu, Health Affairs Secretary, Awami Swechchhsebok League, Gazi Mesbaul Hossain Shachchu, Joint Secretary of Awami Swechchhsebok League were present on the occasion.
