State Minister for Youth and Sports Dr Biren Sikder formally inaugurated the two-day meet as the chief guest.
Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy and NRB Commercial Bank Chairman Engineer Forasat Ali were present as special guests.
Bangladesh Athletics Federation (BAF) President SM Ali Kabir and other federation officials were also present on the occasion.
