Advocate Mizanul Islam, counsel for Jamaat leader Mawlana Abdus Subhan, on Monday concluded cross-examining 21st prosecution witness (PW) at the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-2.
The witness, Md Shahidullah, testified against the nayeb-e-ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami on July 16, accusing him for ordering the killing of one Samujuddin in village Kulunia in Pabna on May 11, 1971.
On Monday the defence wrapped up their cross-examination with some suggestions made on the testimony of the witness. After that, as the tribunal wanted to set date for the hearing of the case, at first prosecutor Sultan Mahmud Simon.
