Promising film actors Shipon Mitra and Subah for the first time paired up for a movie. They have already finished shooting of the movie’s work. This time they again paired up for a
special drama titled Karate Bou Chai on the
occasion of coming Eid. Directed by Sadeque Siddiqui, Mirza Rakib wrote story of the
drama, which will be aired on Boishakhi TV
on fourth day of Eid at 8:10pm.
While talking about acting in the drama Shipon Mitra said, “Earlier, I acted in several numbers of dramas directed by respected Sadeque Siddiqui Bhai. I like his story selection and direction. It is true during break we take part in gossip but when shooting starts we become serious to portray our roles properly. Subah is doing well in acting rather than
previous time. Though it is a comedy drama but there is a message for the viewers.
I believe viewers will enjoy the drama in Eid.”
Subah said, “Karate Bou Chai is my acted
second drama. There was exceptional experience for me to act in the drama because its story was absolutely different from others. Story of the drama revolves with karate. I give thanks to Sadeque Siddiqui Bhai to select me for acting in such an interesting story based drama. The actors, who acted in the drama, were very much co-operative. For this reason, I am very
much optimistic about the drama.” Meanwhile, Subah also said over mobile phone that she is staying in Rangpur during lockdown. She is passing days there with her parents and siblings. Two years ago, on Pahela Boishakh, Subah’s debut solo song Cholo Melai Jaire was released under the banner of late Selim Khan’s production house, Sangeeta. In 2019, when Subah went to lend her voice for playback song for a movie she became actress. She has already finished shooting of Rafiq Shikder’s movie Bosonto Bikel. She also acted in Abdul Mannan directed movie Mon Bosechhe Porar Table-e. Old Is Gold, directed by Joy Sarkar, was Subah’s first acted drama against Zahid Hasan. She
also performed as model in Arman Alif’s
song Thikana Debo Na.
Shipon also said that he has also finished shooting of Sadeque Siddiqui’s another drama Prembaj. He acted against Moumita Mou in
the drama. Sagor Siddiqui also acted in important role in this drama.
