Rights group Ain O Salish Kendra (ASK) on Monday called upon the government to end repression on the quota reform activists in the country.
It also urged the government to ensure treatment facilities for Toriqul Islam, who came under brutal attack by Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) men on Rajshahi University campus on July 2.
At the same time, it demanded immediate legal action against those
who attacked and harassed a female student at Dhaka University during the quota reform movement on July 2.
The rights body condemned authorities of Rajshahi Medical College Hospital for hastily discharging of Toriqul.
