Steps for sending all pre-listed pilgrims to Hajj urged

The pre-enlistment of all intending hajj pilgrims has been completed in the meantime where about 71 thousand intending pilgrims enlisted across the country beyond the quota so fixed by Govt. Hajj Pilgrims Welfare Council meanwhile at a meeting urges the govt to arrange sending of the excess listed pilgrims to Hajj . The meeting hoped that if the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina pursues the matter with the Saudi King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz then this problem for extra enlisted intending pilgrims may be solved.
In this connection of extra intending pilgrims, a meeting of the HPWC washeld at a city posh hotel on Tuesday with its President Ahmadul Islam chowdhury in the chair. Secretary General of the HPWC Principal Dr.Abdul Karim delivered introductory speech on the occasion.
Among others, Abu Md. Nurul Islam, Dr. Saleh Ahmed Suleman, Prof. Dr.Ismail Miah, Prof.Dr. Saifuddin, Prof. Kazi Shahdat Hossain, Principal Dr.NurulAmin, Alhaj Md. Sharif, Shahjazada Aminuddin Khan, Adv.Md. Samiuddin, Dr. Eftikharuddin Chowdhury, Adv.Kazi Ashraful Hoque Ansari, Jahangir Hossain, Kamaruddin participated the discussions in the meeting. The meeting unanimously decided to arrange trainings to hajj pilgrims this year on July 20 next through multimedia projections in any community hall of the city, sources said.
