Sylhet Bureau :Several lakh Liquefied Petroleum (LP) gas consumers have now become hostages under a group or syndicate of LP gas cylinder fillers and traders in Sylhet. These rowdy elements has been filling the cylinders 8%-25% less than the desired quantity of gas to be filled in each cylinder.
