State Minister for Shipping Khalid Mahmud Chowdhury inaugurates the keel laying ceremony of BIWTA at Narayanganj Dockyard and Engineering Works Ltd on Saturday. Secretary of the Shipping Ministry Mesbah Uddin Chowdhury, Assistant Naval Chief (Material) Rear Admiral M Shafiul Azam were present among others. BIWTA Chairman Commodore Golam Sadek presides over the event.
