Popular actress and model Ipsita Shabnam Srabonti came to Bangladesh to see and also to take care of her ailing mother Mahmuda Sultana. She came to country from USA on October 9. Then she went to her maternal grandfather’s residence in Bogura and stayed there for her mother. She sought pray to all for her ailing mother. But her mother died on October 19 at 12:15am at Bogura Diabetic Association Hospital. She was 68. After losing mother, Srabonti has broken down. While sharing her feelings Srabonti said, “Everybody pray for my mother as Allah grants her Jannat. She went to her father’s residence in Naogaon with mother’s body in the morning yesterday. After Zuhr prayer, she was buried beside father’s graveyard after janaza. On November 3, I will return to USA.”
Srabonti said that her father Md Ibrahim Ali died in 2005. Nurul Alam Atique directed Dalim Kumar was Srabonti acted her last TV drama. Wrong Number was her only film.
