Daffodil International University (DIU) in association with Skill.jobs and Japans’ renowned IT company Human Resocia Co. Ltd jointly organized a seminar and ‘Spot Recruitment’ program at 71 Milonayoton of DIU yesterday on Saturday.
Mohammad Nuruzzaman, CEO of Daffodil Family was present in the program as the chief guest. Naoki Irie, Vice President of Human Resocia Co. Limited, Matsubara Toshiyuki, Manager of Technical Recruitment Division, Human Resocia Co. Limited and Toru Okazaki, Managing Director of Daffodil Japan IT were present as the resource Person in the program. Abu Taher Khan, Director of Career Development Center (CDC) of DIU conducted the seminar and spot recruitment process. .
Aiming to spot recruitment of various Engineering positions, Human Resocia Co. Limited arranged this program especially for the students of Daffodil International University. A large number of interested students dropped their Resume on the spot and took part in Viva Voce just after the program. Successful candidates will be asked for a final Viva examination and viva passed candidates will get appointment letter.
While addressing as chief guest Mohammad Nuruzzaman said, Japan is a developed country. Lots of job opportunities are available there due to lack of manpower.
That’s why many Japans organizations are coming to Bangladesh for hiring skilled manpower and we should utilize this opportunity. He also said, our young people are very much industrious and talented.
If they are trained up with necessary skills besides academic learning, they can do well in job anywhere in the world. Already many of our students from Daffodil are doing job in Japan, he added.
Addressing the recruitment program as resource person Naoki Irie said that at present Japan needs at least 6 lac of Engineer in various IT company. But, Japan has not this huge number of Engineer. That is why we have come to Bangladesh for hiring talented Engineer.
Naoki Irie said, many Bangladeshi Engineers are doing jobs in world renowned companies. Their talent and skills have already been proved. We expect that a good number of skilled young can be possible to recruit by this spot recruitment, he added.
Another resource person Matsubara Toshiyuki said, Human Resocia Co. Limited will recruit minimum one thousand Engineers within 2020.
At present we are recruiting the position of software Engineer, Information Engineer and Computer Science Engineer.
All recruitment process completed by two weeks. He also said that Human Resocia Co. Limited will arrange necessary training and Japani Language course for appointed people.
