Sonia Hossain always works in selected TV plays, TV commercials and programme hosting. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, she worked in RTV’s own production a play titled Ami Aar Obhinoi Korbo Na on July 2 and 3. Directed by RB Pritom, Sonia played the title role, Sonia, a popular actress in the play. Popular actor Mosharraf Karim also acted in role of her an ‘impressed fan.’
While sharing her feelings about working in the play Sonia told this correspondent, “Story of the play is comedy type where I acted in role of a popular heroine. Mosharraf Karim Bhai worked in role of my mad fan in the play. While taking part in shooting at BFDC he enjoys my acting along with crowd. Many interesting incidents take place in the story of the play. There will be a message at the end of the play. Viewers will watch us on the screen in the play to perform together in Moushumi and Rubel acted movie ‘Swajan’s a song titled Dekhechhi prothombar du’chokhey prem-er jowar.”
