Skilled manpower to achieve vision 2041 emphasized

Industries Secretary K M Ali Azam stressed the need for creating skilled manpower to achieve the vision 2021 and 2041. “The country must have to create skilled manpower in the latest technology …to reach the goal of vision 2021 and 2041 by exploiting the potentials of fourth revolution”, he said this on Wednesday while addressing the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony held at the Industries ministry conference room .
He urged the concerned authority not to keep imparting training as formal, saying that “we have to ensure expertise of the people through imparting training.”
To ensure productivity and raising expertise manpower, National Productivity Organization (NPO) under the Industries Ministry, Bangladesh Chamber of Industries (BCI) and Dhaka Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BWCCI) have agreed to work in a coordinated approach.
Aiming to this, two separate MoUs were signed between these organizations at the Industries Ministry.
NPO’s Director Nishinta Kumar Podder, BCI’s Vice President Priti Chakrawarty and BWCCI’s President Naz Farhana Ahmed signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
BCI’s Director Delwar Hossen Raza and M Shahid Alam and BWCCI’s founder president Farhana Ahmed also spoke at the function.
