The Walton Marcel Singna Boat Race will be held today in Kumari Bil under Kalihati Upzila in Tangail.
Singna Social Welfare Youth Sangha will arrange the day-long boat race with the assistance of Bangladesh Rowing Federation. Walton is the title sponsor of the meet.
A total of 100 boats are taking part in the Men’s Division while five boats are participating in the Women’s Division.
The winners will be awarded handsome prizes.
Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Abdul Latif Siddique, MP will distribute the prizes among the winners as the chief guest while Additional Director of Walton FM Iqbal Bin Anwar Dawn will be with him as the special guest.
