The High Court Division of Supreme Court has recently issued a Rule in the writ petition No 8580 of 2014 to the Secretary, Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development , Deputy Commissioner, Gazipu, UNO, Kapasia Upazila , chairman , Kapasia Uniom Parishad , Gazipur and officer-in-charge of Kapasia police station as respondents to show cause as to why the inaction of the respondents to open illegal lock of Hotel Qazi International Residential located at Sanid Complex , Kapasia in Gazipur district should not be declared illegal and is of no legal effect . The writ was filed by Qazi Sirajul Islam , son of Haji Abdur Rashid on December 23. 2014.
