Entertainment Report :
Shooting of Dhallywood’s one of the
popular actresses Nusraat Faria starrer the second installment of movie titled Bibaho Obhijaan 2 got stuck for some political
reasons. The matter was confirmed by an Indian media source Anandabazar. The movie, directed by Birsa Dasgupta, started its shooting in full swing this year. Nusraat Faria was supposed to go to Thailand for taking part in shooting and she was even preparing to celebrate Eid-ul-Azha there. However, it has been stopped due to some political issues. According to the news,
there is a political game behind the delay
in shooting of the movie. The complication has been created for one of the actors in
the movie Rudranil Ghosh.
Regarding the context Rudranil said, “The production company has informed that the shooting of the film is being postponed for some special reason. However, sitting at home for a long time, the stomach does not move by breaking the capital. I really need to go back to work.”
It is noted that the sequel of Birsa Dasgupta’s directed Bibaho Obhijaan came in 2019, which had all those entertainment elements would expect in commercial potboilers. It’s a fun and light-hearted romp sure to entertain those looking to spend two hours forgetting about their lives outside.
Starring Anirban Bhattacharya, Ankush, Rudranil Ghosh, Nusraat Faria, Sohini Sarkar in the lead Bibaho Obhijaan is a fresh and airy movie about the shackles of marriage, but falls short as he focuses mostly on the problems of the husbands and depicts their better halves as pain in the neck. Bibaho Obhijaan follows Rajat and Anupam (played by Rudranil Ghosh and Ankush respectively) who are hen-pecked at home and dreary at work. Rajat’s homely wife, Maya (Sohini Sarkar), is immersed in her daily pujas and mega serials, tying madulis for good fortune in every limb of her husband. Anupam’s wife Rai (Nusraat Faria), on the other hand, is a sort of ‘urban revolutionary,’ attending rallies and protests across the city.
