Shooting of film Save Life will again start soon

After overcoming various complexities, shooting of film Save Life based on challenging life and activities of those persons who are working in Fire Brigade, will start soon. In the beginning of 2019, under Amirul Islam Shova’s direction shooting of the film began at Head Office of Fire Brigade in the capital’s Gulisthan area. Due to internal problems at Fire Brigade after completing 35 per cent shooting of the film, it stopped.
Director Shova told this correspondent on Sunday that there is no complexity to continue shooting of the film. Now coronavirus is the problem. After improving the corona situation actors of the film will again stand in front of the camera for shooting.
National Film Award winner actress Champa, Ferdous, Poppy, promising actress Airin, TV and film actor Anisur Rahman Milon, TV actor Obid Rehan, among others, are acting in different roles in the film.
Airin, hailed from Jashore, is acting in role of Joya in the film. She said, “My role in Save Life is very much challenging. I took part in its shooting for eight days at a time. Shova Bhai was making the film giving huge effort. At one stage, after stopping its shooting I felt really bad. After knowing the news of starting shooting of the film I am feeling really delightful in this regard.”
Actor Ferdous said, “Save Life will be one of my favourite story based movie. Basically its story is based on challenging life. Before working in this film I knew details of life and activities of those persons who are working in Fire Brigade. From that experience I took part in shooting of the film. Earlier no film was made in our country based on such challenging life. I have keen interest about this film.”
Actor Obid Rehan said, “I have little bit experience to work in big screen. Save Life is going to be a milestone in my acting career. I give thanks to Shova Bhai to give me the opportunity to act in this film. After lockdown, I started shooting again. Recently I took part in shooting of a documentary film, directed by Bornonath, of Directorate General of Health Services. In fact, during lockdown I was engaged to reach assistance to the artists on behalf of Actors Unity.”
Airin informed that before starting lockdown she worked in a documentary film. Later she took part in various talk shows in different TV channels staying at home.
