Sheikh Arif Bulbon :Promising film actor Shipon’s acted his debut movie has been released in last Friday. Directed by Saikat Nasir Shipon acted against popular film actress of present time Mahiya Mahi in a movie titled Desha – The Leader. The film was released in 60 cinema halls across the country including Dhaka on December 26. From the opening day of the movie viewers started to enjoy the film despite facing shivering cold. It may be mentioned that the viewers have accepted Shipon positively against Mahi as a pair in the movie. As an actress, Mahiya Mahi has proved herself by virtue of her acting skill and quality. Produced under the banner of Jaaz Multimedia Mahi acted tremendously well in role of a journalist in Desha – The Leader. With her extending hands Shipon is stepping forward in the film industry. Though it was his first movie Shipon acted well.While talking about the movie its hero Shipon told this correspondent, “I am grateful to Jaaz Multimedia because they gave me the opportunity to work in its movie. I am also grateful to Mahiya Mahi because she cooperated me while acting in the film. In the meantime, I am also grateful to the viewers because if they didn’t go to the cinema halls to watch my movie I couldn’t establish a hero in the film industry.”Meanwhile, Shipon is now acting in Safi Uddin Safi’s directed a movie titled Big Brother. Mahiya Mahi is also acting against him in the movie. On the other hand, Mahiya Mahi has already finished shooting of Alvi Ahmed’s a movie titled U-Turn. However, Mahi’s acted another movie titled Romeo Vs Juliet, jointly directed by Abdul Aziz and Ashok Pati, is scheduled to be released in January. Popular hero of Kolkata Ankush acted against Mahi in the movie.
