Police arrested a leader of Islami Chhatra Shibir from his house in West Bakalia area of Chittagong city on Wednesday.
The arrestee Raihan Ahmed, 25, is a final-year student of Computer Science at International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC), said Officer-in-Charge of Chawk Bazar Police Station Meer Mohammad Nur Huda.
Raihan — a leader of Chittagong city (north) unit of Shibir — is accused in a case filed over clash with Bangladesh Chhatra League activists in Chittagong College area in May this year.
