TV actress Shewly Shila again became engaged with acting after a break of several times. After a break, Shila has recently worked in a 13-episode serial titled Sundor Shokal. Fazlul Karim wrote story of the serial and Fazlul Haque gave direction of it. Shila acted in role of Tara. AK Azad is acting in role of Shila’s brother in the serial. Shila has already finished shooting of the serial.
While talking about the serial Shewly Shila told this correspondent, “Viewers will watch me with a new role Tara in the serial. I have tried my level best to express my role properly. I am lucky because I got the opportunity to work with such a noted actor like Ratin Uncle and also in role of a daughter of a legendary actor. I believe after airing the serial viewers will enjoy watching.”
Actress Shewly Shila informed that the serial Sundor Shokal has already been submitted to Bangladesh Television to telecast. After preview its telecasting time will be announced soon.
Meanwhile, Shewly Shila is also working with a theatre group in Gazipur now. She believes there is no alternative to perform on stage or to work in theatre plays for development acting skill.
Earlier Shila acted in two/three movies. Due to giving time to acting in small screen she cannot give time to big screen. Therefore, she does not have necessary preparation in this regard. But right now she is mentally prepared to work in the big screen, Shewly Shila said.
