Before 1971, Sabina Yasmin’s sister Fawzia Khan first lent her vocal for the song titled Ja Jare Jare Pakhi under Sheikh Sadi’s music composition.
In 1968, late Abdul Jabbar and Arati Dhar rendered a song under Sheikh Sadi’s composition in Mostafa Kamal Syed produced TV’s programme titled Sur Sagor. In HMV, Shawkat Hayat Khan and Moushumi Kabir rendered four songs under Sadi’s composition. In 1980, he worked as music director in late Abdullah Al Mamun’s movie Ekhon-e Somoy.
