Sheikh Russel 12th National Wushu Championship will conclude today (Thursday) at Sheikh Russel Roller Skating Complex in the city, said a press release.
State Minister for Textile and Jute Mirza Azam is expected to present in the closing ceremony of the three-day meet and distribute the prizes.
Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports Arif Khan Joy will present as special guest.
Managing Director of China Bangla Ceramics Industries Limited M Sirajul Islam Mollah, MP, and General Secretary of Bangladesh Washu Association M Alamgir Shah Bhuiyan will also present in the closing ceremony.
Dr Abdus Soban Golap, special assistant of Prime Minister and office secretary of Bangladesh Awami League, will preside over the closing ceremony.
Near about 350 participants from 35 teams including 28 district sports associations and eight services teams are taking part in the meet.
