Holders Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club further consolidated their position in the Manyavar Bangladesh Premier Football League beating their nearest rivals Muktijoddha Sangsad KC by 2-1 goals at Bangabandhu National Stadium here on Sunday.
With the day’s feat, Sheikh Jamal DC not only returned to the winning run after two successive draw, but also maintained their top slot comfortably securing 23 points from 9 matches while Muktijoddha SKC remained at their previous credit of 16 points, also playing 9 matches.
