Shampa Reza-Rokeya Prachi together for first time

Shampa Reza and Rokeya Prachi have been attached with acting for many years. In media, they met several times to each other either in talk shows or TV programmes. But they never got the opportunity to perform together.
For the first time they have been working together in a drama serial titled Porompora under the direction of Abu Huraira Uchchhal. Script of the serial was written by Murad Hasan.
Producing under the banner of SA Multimedia the shooting of the serial began last week in different locations in the city’s Uttara area. In the serial, Shampa Reza and Rokeya Prachi have been acting in roles of mother-in-law and bride respectively.
In the story of the serial it will be shown that Shampa Reza and Rokeya Prachi try to maintain their family under a peaceful bondage.
While talking about the serial Shampa Reza told this correspondent, “Earlier I did not work with Prachi. I really enjoyed working with her. Full unit worked in organized way. In this serial, to portray my role I have tried to focus face-structure of my elder paternal aunty. I believe viewers will enjoy something new in my performance in the role of mother-in-law.”
Rokeya Prachi shared her feelings by this way, “In the story of the serial the relationship between mother-in-law and bride was presented it will become a learning matter. As a human being or actress, Shampa Apa is really outstanding. If I didn’t work with her I could not realise the matter. All credits go to her. I have really enjoyed working with her.”
The serial Porompora will be aired on SA TV on October 1, said its director.
Shampa Reza acted a serial Progga Paromita is being aired on ATN Bangla now. For the last four months under her hosting a live musical show Aamar Gaan is being aired on MY TV now.
On the other hand, Rokeya Prachi directed a serial titled Selai Poribar is being aired on Channel i now.
Meanwhile, Rokeya Prachi directed another serial titled Tobuo Manush Swapno Dekhey will go on air on ETV soon. She first made docu fictions Ekjon Nawab and Lutfunnesa.
