Shakila Parvin is familiar to all as a model. Basically she came into limelight performing as a model in music video of Mehedi’s song Tor Mon Parai. Her performance in this song attracted the viewers’ attention. More than six crore viewers enjoyed the song till now. In last Eid, she acted against Mir Sabbir in a play titled Second Hand Husband. She played in an important role in the drama.
This time Shakila has attached herself with a different type of government work. She acted in Nazmus Sadat directed a documentary titled Tottho Apa. She played the title role in this documentary. Tottho Apa will give necessary suggestions to the rural people about agriculture related any issue using through the Internet. While talking about working in this documentary Shakila Parvin said, “It was my first involvement with any government related work. It is really a delightful and prideful matter to me. In fact, there is little opportunity to work in such type of activities. I give thanks to its director and members of the full unit. I am very much optimistic about the documentary.”
Shakila also informed that Tottho Apa documentary will be screened in different satellite channels and in different countries. Therefore, it will be also screened through using projectors across the country. However, last week Shakila’s new music video Tor Parai was released. She is now doing her graduation in Economics at BUBT. However, now she is engaged with her semester final examinations, so she is now out of fher professional works.
