Ace all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan left the city on Thursday for Kolkata to take part in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Shakib will play for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Meanwhile, Pakistan National Cricket team will arrive in the city on April 13 to play three One Day International (ODI) matches, two Test matches and one Twenty20 International match against Bangladesh National Cricket team.
Shakib will play for KKR against Mumbai Indians in the first match of IPL at the Eden Garden on April 8. Hasan will play for KKR against Royal Challengers Bangalore in his second match of IPL at the Eden Garden on April 11. Shakib will return home on April 12.
