Legendary film actress Suchanda directed Hazar Bochhor Dhore was popular film actress Shahnoor-starrer her first government-grant movie. Later, Shahnoor acted in Faruk Hossain directed another government-grant movie Kaktarua, which story is based on the Liberation War. This year she also acted in other government-grant movie titled Ashirbad, directed by Mostafizur Rahman Manik. Shahnoor informed that she has already
finished shooting of Kaktarua and Ashirbad. After improving the corona situation,
these two films will be released.
Shahnoor said, “Stories of both Kaktarua and Ashirbad are based on the Liberation War. My roles are very much challenging in these two movies specially in Kaktarua. I had to face a lot of sufferings during taking part in shooting of these movies. Now I am waiting to get release dates of these movies. In Ashirbad,
I played the role of a doctor. In fact, I have liked its story.” Meanwhile, Shahnoor has
also finished shooting of Rafique Shikder’s movie Bosonto Bikel. Her acted movie Jibon Jontrona, directed by Zahid Hossain, is waiting to release now. Oiling, directed by Zahid and scripted by Anurup Aich, was Shahnoor acted her first web series. Due to ongoing lockdown, she cannot start shooting of Solaiman Ali directed new movie Prem
Preeti Bondhon. Before lockdown, she got the opportunity to take part in shooting
of this movie earlier.
On the occasion of Mujib birth centenary, Shahnoor also acted in OVC titled Mujib Tomai Kotha Dilam, directed by Gazi Faruk. She played the central role in the OVC, which is based on historic March 7. Now Shahnoor is very much active with the politics of Awami League.
