Shahadat’s surgery in 1st week of June

Pacer Shahadat Hossain’s surgery will be held in Australia in the first week of June.
Shahadat Hossain got injury on his foot in the recently concluded Dhaka Test against Pakistan. The ligament of his right foot was torn when he bowled his second delivery.
Shahadat has to wait at least six months to play in the field. He will miss the upcoming India series, South Africa series and Australia series. He does not want to miss BPL.
If Shahadat gets visa, he will leave the city for Australia on Friday. Experienced surgeon David Young will not do the operation of Shahadat. Jonathon Burro, who is the colleague of David Young will do the operation of Shahadat Hossain instead of Young.
Physician of BCB Dr Debashish Chowdhury said, “After the operation, Shahdat has to wait at least six months. He cannot take part in any cricket meet for six months after his operation.
