Two Sub-Inspectors (SI) of Shah Ali Police Station under Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) were closed facilitate impartial investigation of a departmental matter of the force.
The police officers are Abdul Baten and Quamrul Islam, worked with the shah Ali thana before to attach at DMP Headquarters.
DMP issued an order in this regard on Saturday evening, said Quamuzzaman, Deputy Commissioner (Mirpur Zone).
“The cop members were closed from the thana considering a fare investigation of an internal disputed matter, the DC said. He said that he would not like to make any comment regarding the matter as it was under investigation.
