Former National chess player Shafiq Ahmed and Moniruzzaman Moni shared the top slot in the points table with five points in UCCC Standard Rating Chess Competition after the sixth round matches held on Friday at E-Commerce Club hall room in the city’s Uttara.
Three players-Golam Sarowar, M Hasan and Shafiq Ahmed shared the second position with 4.5 points.
Five players-Rahi Masum, Murad Hossain, Mollah Mohiuddin, Sohag Hossain and Saifur Rahman shared third position with four points.
