The Servic Engine Limited has crowned the ‘Best Exporter Company’ award at the 3rd National Digital Bangladesh Day 2019 on Wednesday.
The Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina handed over the coveted Best Exporter accreditation to A S M Mohiuddin Monem, Chairman of the company, for significant contribution towards country’s socio-economic development through ICT innovations leading to the Digital Bangladesh success story. “I strongly believe that a positive change is taking place in the country and we are delighted to be a part of this commendable progress. We expect to contribute further to reach even higher ICT growth in the future”, said Mohiuddin after receiving the award.
Mohiuddin, known as a Commercially Important Person (CIP), is considered as the pioneer in successfully setting up one of the first Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in Bangladesh.
Servic Engine Limited has now positioned itself in the global arena as the only Bangladeshi Company to get listed as the ‘The Global Outsourcing 100 (GO100.)’ by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) for four successive times.
The Government of Bangladesh has also honored Servic Engine Limited with National Export Trophy for six consecutive years, for their contribution to the IT sector in alignment with Vision 2021 of Digital Bangladesh.
Mohiuddin, also the Deputy Managing Director of Abdul Monem Limited, has been honored multiple times with the President’s Award and six consecutive times with the Best Tax Payer Award. He is also the Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Bangladesh since 2014.
