The Trust Bank 13th National Senior and Junior Taekwondo Competition begins today at the National Sports Council (NSC) Gymnasium with the participation of 24 districts, associations, clubs and universities across the country.
Major General M Mahfuzur Rahman, Adjutant General of Bangladesh Army is expected to inaugurate the two-day meet as the chief guest at 11.00 am while Lee Yun-Young, Ambassador of South Korea to Bangladesh will present as the special guest.
Some 350 participants – 200 men and 150 women will compete in the four events of 26 weight categories.
