Department of Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and X-Gen Solutions Ltd. organized a seminar on ‘Unity’ recently at the auditorium of ULAB in the city. The seminar was based on game development environment called ‘Unity’.
The keynote speaker for the event was Anumukonda Ramesh, Business development & Education Initiatives, Unity Technologies. He was accompanied by Md. Tarikul Islam, Country Manager from X-Gen Solutions Ltd. and his team.
Professor Dr. Sazzad Hossain, Head of the CSE department welcomed the guests and acknowledged the scope and future of Game Development as a career choice. Ramesh spoke about the fundamentals of Game development and explained how Unity performs as an intuitive tool to design 3D games that can be deployed in multiple platforms such as iOS, Windows and Android.
Unity has its own online community through which the users can share their experiences and get resourceful suggestions from experienced game developers. Along with the students, the faculty members of CSE department were also present in the seminar.
