The Nature and Environment Club of Southeast University (SEU) and Rain Forum jointly organized a seminar entitled “Rainwater Harvesting: Urban Perspective” on Tuesday at the Seminar Hall of the University’s permanent campus, Tejgaon in the capital.
M. Kamaluddin Chowdhury, Representative Member of BOT, SEU Trust was present as chief guest on the occasion while Prof Dr ANM Meshquat Uddin, Vice-Chancellor of Southeast University presided over the program. Prof Dr M Shamsher Ali, Emeritus Professor of SEU delivered his speech as special guest.
Syed Azizul Haq, President of Rain Forum and Ashraful Alum, Principal Architect, Idyllic Design and Secretary of Rain Forum delivered their presentation on “Rainwater Harvesting: Urban Perspective” at the seminar. Jubaida Gulshan Ara, Moderator of Southeast University Nature and Environment Club delivered welcome speech.
Among others, Prof Syed Fakhrul Hassan, Dean, School of Science and Engineering, Prof Meer Mobashsher Ali, Chairman of Architecture, Wing Commander Md. Ahmodur Rashid (Retd), Chief Coordinator-Cum-Secretary of Board of Trustees, Chairman of the department of EEE, faculty members, students and Officers were attended the program.
