A scientific seminar on higher training class as arranged by Bangladesh Homeopathic Parishad(BAHOP) was held at Science Parishad Bhaban at Chowkbazar in city on August 5 last with Prof. Dr. Debratha Bhattachariya in the chair. Dr.Sakina Akhter Lakhi presented keynote papers on homeo medicine – Vibarnam Apulas and Vibarnam Pranifalium in the seminar as keynote speaker duly moderated by Dr. Ratan Kumar Banik. Principal Dr.Jaharlal Bhattachariya was present in it as chief guest .
Dr. Md.Abdur Rahman was the main speaker in the seminar, sources said. Dr.AKM Rafiqul Islam, Dr.SM Rabiul Hossain were present in it as special guests. Chittagong district unit secretary of the Parishad Dr.SM Saleh Jahangir was the principal discussant of the seminar. The discussants in the seminar emphasized the detection of the symtoms of the disease before prescribing the medicines to the patients. Among others Dr. Kaberi Das, Dr.Abu Sayeed, dr. Subir Dutta, Dr. Manzoorul Alam chowdhury, Dr.MA Gani, Dr.Polash Bhattachariya, Dr.Khairunessa Munni, Dr. Luftenessa, Dr. Manzushree Chowdhury, Dr. Kaniz Fatema participated the seminar as discussants. Beside the discussants, Dr. Anima Paul, Dr.Selina Begum, Dr.Anisuddin, Dr.Nurul Islam, Dr. Mizanul Hoque were also present in it, BAHOP sources said.
