Local legislator of Chandgaon-Boalkhali constituency of Chittagong Moinuddin Khan Badal said second Kallughat bridge will be built during the tenure of present regime of Mohajote govt .
He disclosed it while addressing the discussion meet and iftar mahfil as arranged by Boalkhali upazila Awami league in observane of the 67th founding anniversary of Awami League held at Upazila auditorium on Friday last as chief guest. President of Boalkhali upazila AL Freedom Fighter Ahmed Hossain presided over the discussion meet.
The chief guest and the Executive President of JSD Moinuddin Khan Badal MP said under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina , the Mohajote govt turned the country into a middle income country and termed the next fiscal budget as a epoch making steps and ambitious budget and the people of the country will avail the benefits of the new budget. The chief guest also vows to the demands of the Boalkhali Khalurghat Bridge Implementation Parishad for 2nd kalurghat bridge over river karnaphuli on Boalkhali point and expressed hope to implement the bridge project during the tenure of present regime.
Chairman of Boalkhali Upazila Parishad Ataul Hoque and the Information Secretary of south district AL Abdul Kader Sujon were present in it as special guests, sources said.
