Diarrhea has increased due to increase in temperature. Doctors say that many people are suffering from diarrhea at this time due to excessive heat and dehydration. In addition to diarrhea due to excessive heat, the elderly, including newborns, are suffering from various diseases related to hot and cold. As a result, the patient pressure is increasing in the upazila hospital.
Health experts say that too much heat can cause fatigue, headaches, nausea, weakness, muscle aches, extreme thirst and sweating. If you go to the stage of heat stroke, you can also become unconscious. If any such symptoms occur, it should be taken in a relatively cool place immediately. If the patient is not unconscious, then water, liquid and saline or salt mixed drink should be given little by little in the mouth.
In this epidemic situation, they are also advising not to go out of the house unless necessary in such extreme heat. They are insisting on avoiding shopping in the market for no reason, avoiding the sun even when going out for necessary work, wearing thin and light colored cotton clothes, and using umbrellas and sunglasses when going out in the sun.
