A school girl was crushed under train at Kalihati Upazila in Tangail on Monday. The incident took place in morning at Dhalatengar area near Bangabandhu Bridgeof Dhaka-North Bengal Railway.
The deceased was identified as Nusrat Jahan Toa. She is the daughter of Nassir Uddin of Elenga Municipality and an eighth grade student of Elenga High School.
Local said that, the schoolgirl came Dhalatengar area with her boyfriend, Shohag Hasan Joy to pass time while crossing the rail line; she has been crushed under Nilsagar Express. At that time her friend Shohag escaped the spot immediately.
